About the Role

BM Digital is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to serve as the backbone of internal intelligence infrastructure. In this role, you will own forecasting, reporting, automation, and database management — transforming raw data into actionable insights and systems that drive business decisions.

You will collaborate closely with leadership, finance, and operations to ensure accurate, timely, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Forecasting & Financial Modeling

  • Build and maintain forecasting models for revenue, headcount, and performance.
  • Translate historical data into forward-looking projections.
  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Collaborate with finance and department heads on planning.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI and Looker.
  • Develop reporting frameworks for performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure leadership has real-time visibility into business performance.

Automation & Data Infrastructure

  • Automate repetitive reporting processes.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources.
  • Manage Supermetrics and Google Sheets automation systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

Database Management

  • Design and manage structured databases.
  • Document data architecture and ensure scalability.
  • Identify data gaps and implement solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel automation (Apps Script, formulas).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to build scalable solutions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Location

Fully remote position. Candidates must have working hours that overlap with the EU timezone.

Compensation

$2,000 – $4,000 USD per month
