Senior Data Analyst (Web)

Your Future Responsibilities

Together with the Web Product team, define the product direction and strategic focus;

Build an analytics ecosystem: from data collection processes to scalable architecture;

Create ETL processes that provide the team with accurate data on time;

Develop dashboards and insights that help see the bigger picture and make faster decisions;

Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments that influence product strategy;

Work with the finance team on forecasts, metrics, and models;

Develop our internal BI platform (BetterBI) so that it becomes the entry point for all product decisions.

What You’ll Need

5+ years of experience in data analytics within product companies;

Strong experience conducting A/B tests and developing experimental approaches;

Confident proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytics automation;

Experience working with GTM, GA4, Amplitude, or similar systems;

Understanding of product metrics: retention, conversion, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC;

Practical experience building dashboards and working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.);

Upper-Intermediate+ level of English for working with an international team.

It Will Be a Plus If You Have

Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or other data warehouses (DWH);

Understanding of user behavior in large-scale products.
