Founded in 1987, Creatacor is a 40+ person creative exhibit and experiential marketing agency based in upstate New York. We produce three-dimensional, face-to-face marketing environments with the goal of bringing brands to life by creating unforgettable exhibits, events, and experiences for all visitors. The creative team embraces each challenge with enthusiasm to create unique experiential and sophisticated 3D environments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Own full project scope from initial concept through execution.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
• Concepting, brainstorming, and idea generation.
• Create pitch decks showcasing creative development for active projects and proposals.
• Develop mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and diagrams.
• Present design ideas directly to clients.
• Create production and control drawings for estimating and engineering handoff.
• Communicate with fabricators to ensure designs are produced with integrity and within budget.
• Collaborate with the creative team throughout the design process.
• Help build, mentor, and grow a cohesive and diverse creative department.
• Produce and update floor plans and utility plans for exhibits and events.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in creative concept development and experiential design.
• Agency or in-house experience with a focus on spatial design.
• Knowledge of industry rules and guidelines.
• High proficiency in hands-on design work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to generate and express visual concepts in both 2D and 3D design.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Background in Environmental Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Interior Design is a plus.

Pay

$60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
