Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong relationship management skills to help a growing tech organization build and maintain strategic partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with industry partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions and long-term satisfaction.

You will manage key accounts within the fertility industry, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Support to deliver value-driven outcomes.

EngagedMD is a patient journey platform used by over 3 million users worldwide. The company partners with medical clinics to improve patient experiences and continues to expand rapidly across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and decision-makers.
Ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and successful renewals.
Create and manage strategic meeting agendas and follow-ups.
Handle partner requests for reporting and data insights.
Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value.
Lead implementation of partner solutions from onboarding to launch.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and partnership expansion.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
Experience working with enterprise accounts and C-level executives.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthtech or fertility industry.
Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
