Who You Are

You are a motivated compensation professional who is passionate about helping build a strong Total Rewards structure. You excel at being detail-oriented and thorough and have experience in completing and analyzing Radford market surveys, conducting market analyses, contributing to equity program management, and supporting evolving compensation programs.

You are a self-starter with a strong initiative to find solutions, not just answers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can impact the efficiency and transparency of a Total Rewards program.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, solve problems creatively, prioritize relentlessly, exercise sound business judgment, and operate with urgency to get things done.

What You’ll Do

  • Process compensation requests through comprehensive market analyses, including benchmarking and internal equity reviews.
  • Administer bonus and incentive plans, support salary planning, and prepare financial estimates and payout calculations.
  • Partner with HRIS to maintain data integrity, enhance processes, and manage compensation structures in Workday.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define career progression, job titles, and compensation bands.
  • Support organizational design, job architecture, and workforce structure alignment.
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze compensation data to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

What You’ll Need

This role is not eligible for employer-provided immigration sponsorship. Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in compensation and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups), PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Experience with Power BI (preferred).
  • Familiarity with compensation platforms like CompAnalyst, Salary.com, or Radford.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of confidential data accurately.
  • Understanding of FLSA requirements (Federal & State).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
