Role: Head of Product
The Head of Product is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a product/business unit, including strategy, execution, financial performance, and leadership. This role plays a key part in aligning cross-functional teams and driving long-term business growth.
Note: This is a US-based role with a preference for candidates familiar with the US healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes
- Define goals, KPIs, and lead planning cycles
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI decisions
- Build and scale product teams and operations
- Expand data access and integrations across systems
- Drive AI/ML and product innovation
- Optimize growth, engagement, and user journeys
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Act as a senior leader, making high-impact decisions
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of leadership experience in product, strategy, or operations
- Strong experience owning products end-to-end
- Financial and operational expertise (budgeting, forecasting, KPIs)
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Proven experience building and scaling teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience with AI-first platforms
- Healthcare industry experience
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with healthcare data (claims, Rx, prior auth)
- Strong understanding of user experience and trust design
- Experience building growth and engagement systems
- Track record of launching and scaling new initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
Compensation
$245,000 – $385,000 per year (includes base, variable, and equity)
