Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Bookkeeping Specialist to support both financial and administrative functions. This role includes account reconciliation, billing, data entry, financial reporting, and general administrative tasks such as scheduling and email management.
The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage internal billing processes, invoices, and expense reports.
- Perform accurate data entry for financial systems and reporting.
- Provide customer and vendor support, resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Support administrative duties such as scheduling and email follow-ups.
- Maintain organized documentation and records.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in bookkeeping or finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience in administrative or support roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable computer setup and high-speed internet.
