Position Details
Position: Senior Account Manager (SAM)
Reporting To: COO / Account Executive
Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 with bonuses based on performance

Job Overview
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for servicing and maintaining a large portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams at Creatacor. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic support.
The SAM coordinates internal resources, manages administrative and project tasks, and delivers custom solutions tailored to client needs. In addition to day-to-day account management, the SAM contributes to business development efforts, identifies new opportunities, and supports the training and development of Account Managers and Coordinators.
Delegation and oversight of supporting team members may be required, with full responsibility retained to ensure consistent and exceptional service across all accounts. Strong communication, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
- Lead major client projects and events from concept through completion.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, goals, and product line.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, production, and execution.
- Maintain and update client event schedules and inventories.
- Ensure accounts remain profitable and continuously grow.
- Serve as the main client point of contact, providing proactive communication and support.
- Regularly update the Account Executive on project status and issues; act as backup when needed.
- Coordinate installation and dismantle schedules with Project Management, Logistics, and venue contacts.
- Travel to support major events and client presentations as required.
Business Development
- Support proposals and presentations for new and potential clients.
- Attend meetings and assist in winning new business.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
- Contribute to marketing, strategy, and business planning initiatives.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage project budgets and estimates.
- Monitor costs to achieve or exceed profitability targets.
- Communicate budget adjustments for client approval.
- Conduct final project reconciliations for billing accuracy.
Internal Coordination
- Maintain up-to-date project information within company systems.
- Participate in weekly production meetings.
- Generate internal documentation such as estimates, POs, and reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Graphics, Project Management, Fabrication, and Logistics teams.
- Review 3D models, drawings, and production details for accuracy.
- Schedule fabrication, shipping, and installation logistics.
- Facilitate pre-shipping reviews and post-show debriefs.
Vendor & Quality Management
- Source and manage subcontractors and vendors.
- Create and manage purchase orders and confirmations.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and track cost variances.
- Oversee graphic production and ensure quality standards.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations and company benchmarks.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with internal reporting and annual client reviews.
- Support training and mentorship of team members.
