Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support & Systems Specialist to support internal systems, documentation management, and user training while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable managing system updates, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also lead training sessions, support users, and manage communication workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and manage internal systems efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Organize and review system data for clarity and accuracy.
- Lead virtual training sessions on internal tools and systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Create instructional materials, including video tutorials.
- Manage incoming requests and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain structured communication via email and internal platforms.
- Handle daily operational tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service experience.
- Experience using Slack or similar communication platforms.
- Experience with Intercom (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Meet).
- Ability to adapt quickly to system and process changes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable leading meetings and training sessions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Empathetic with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to align with U.S. Eastern Time working hours.
- Reliable computer setup and high-speed internet.
