What’s the Opportunity?
Qualio’s Customer Success team is looking for a Customer Success Associate to improve retention, customer growth, and overall customer experience.
Through detailed account planning, strong management skills, and a focus on delivering excellent customer experience at scale, you will be responsible for renewals, risk management, and customer growth.
Your day-to-day will include a mix of proactive and reactive work. Proactive work involves customer meetings, renewals, upsells, and project management. Reactive work includes support and general account management duties.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Serve as the primary contact and advocate for your assigned customers.
- Drive customer engagement and product adoption through proactive outreach.
- Manage renewals while optimizing contract terms and maintaining trust.
- Partner with Account Management to drive revenue growth through upsells and feature adoption.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support customer success.
- Follow standard internal processes including Opportunity Management, Risk Management, Quoting, and Forecasting.
What Skills Do I Need?
- 1–2 years experience in a customer-facing B2B role (preferably SaaS).
- Experience in contract negotiation and achieving win-win outcomes.
- Track record in sales or expansion opportunities.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills (video, phone, email).
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Catalyst, and GSuite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
