About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative Quality Assurance Specialist to review and approve creative assets before they go live. This role ensures all ads meet quality standards, follow brand and legal guidelines, and are free of execution errors.

You will work closely with creative strategists, designers, editors, and operations to maintain a high level of accuracy across a large volume of performance marketing creatives. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed QA checks on video and static ads to identify errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ensure creatives comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Follow standardized QA processes and checklists.
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to creative teams.
  • Review a high volume of creative assets daily with strong accuracy.
  • Manage QA tasks using project management tools like Asana.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Identify recurring issues and improve QA workflows and documentation.
  • Learn and apply brand-specific guidelines across multiple clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small inconsistencies.
  • Experience reviewing creative assets or performing QA work.
  • Understanding of performance marketing creatives and formats.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and checklists.
  • Strong written communication and feedback skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with task management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday).
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply multiple brand guidelines.

Additional Details

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Compensation: $1,200 – $2,000 USD monthly (based on experience)
