Growth manager - Website and Data
About the Role
Imagine a world where every qualified lead can be traced to its origin, where every data point lends insight, and where "I think" can be replaced with "the data says." Now imagine it's your world.
As our Growth Manager – Website and Data, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll bridge the gap between data and action by owning our marketing dashboards and co-driving the growth direction of our website.
This isn't just a role; it's your chance to make a real difference by uncovering the "why" behind our performance and scaling our impact through rigorous A/B testing and experimentation. You’ll directly contribute to making hiring faster and fairer by optimizing the journey for every candidate and customer who visits our site.
Join our driven, remote-first team, and let’s achieve these ambitious goals together.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Execute high-leverage growth experiments: Use data to pinpoint bottlenecks and conversion leaks, then run rapid A/B tests and on-site experiments to multiply output without linear headcount growth.
- Execute the website roadmap: Partner closely with our product engineer to turn hypotheses into shipped outcomes, balancing business-as-usual updates with exciting new builds.
- Maintain marketing dashboards: Ensure attribution hygiene (GA4, HubSpot) to connect top-of-funnel activity to revenue outcomes and commercial growth.
- Systematize what works: Prove successful growth levers through rigorous testing, then leverage AI and automation to turn them into repeatable, scalable workflows.
- Drive marketing pipeline efficiency: Maintain campaign hygiene and lead-routing data within HubSpot, ensuring marketing data is a reliable source of truth.
What You’ll Bring
- Execution-first mindset: Hands-on experience with CMS systems and A/B testing.
- Modern tooling expertise: Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, and AI-powered tools.
- AI & Automation experience: Experience building workflows using tools like Make, n8n, or Clay.
- Passion for TestGorilla’s mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
We actively seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply.
Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you're confident you can do the job, we encourage you to apply!
