Role Overview

ClickHouse is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to play a foundational role in driving awareness and consideration for our product among enterprise companies through events (virtual and in-person) in the UKI, Nordics and Benelux.

In this role, your mission will be to accelerate the impact of our sales team with field marketing tactics alongside the Head of Regional Marketing in EMEA. Day to day activities center around high-quality execution of events with comprehensive end-to-end campaigns, identifying event trends for ClickHouse’s enterprise audience, and running campaign analysis to continuously optimize our field strategy.

Responsibilities

  • EMEA travel required >40% of the time. (This will continue to decrease as the team grows.)
  • Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events.
  • Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences.
  • Work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint initiatives.
  • Manage the entire event lifecycle including contracts, planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event campaigns with segmentation and follow-up strategies.
  • Track and analyze performance of campaigns and events using data insights.
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate all event logistics including materials, booth setup, and equipment.
  • Provide internal teams with clear guidance on responsibilities and tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field, event, or regional marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in database or data analytics industries is required.
  • Proven success in pipeline generation and brand awareness.
  • Excellent project management and event execution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with reporting capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Compensation

For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply.

These salary ranges reflect what we reasonably believe to be the minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs.
