The Role

The future of AI is being built right now — and the humans labeling the data are the ones making it possible. NoGigiddy is hiring Data Annotators to help train the next generation of machine learning models. You'll review, tag, and classify text, images, audio, and video so that AI systems can learn to understand the world.

No tech background is required — just strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Review and label datasets including text, images, audio clips, and video frames according to provided guidelines.
• Categorize content accurately across a range of annotation tasks such as sentiment analysis, object detection, and intent classification.
• Flag ambiguous or problematic content for senior review.
• Meet quality benchmarks where accuracy is prioritized over speed.
• Complete tasks within assigned deadlines while maintaining consistency.
• Provide feedback on annotation guidelines when instructions are unclear or contradictory.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align on quality standards with the team.

Requirements

• No degree required.
• No prior annotation experience needed — full training is provided.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pattern recognition skills.
• Ability to follow complex written guidelines precisely and consistently.
• Comfortable working independently on repetitive tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using web-based tools and spreadsheets.
