The Role

As a Virtual Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. You will manage communications, coordinate schedules, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails on behalf of NoGigiddy and partner clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and route inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send confirmation communications.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up on all open items.
• Maintain a virtual front desk presence during designated business hours.
• Update contact records and intake forms using CRM tools.
• Handle a high volume of communications efficiently while maintaining warmth and accuracy.

Requirements

• No degree required.
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across multiple communication channels.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, Google Workspace, and similar productivity tools.
• Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset or microphone.
• Dependable and punctual, with consistent availability during scheduled work hours.
