About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the execution and performance of marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline. This is a hands-on role responsible for building and launching campaigns across email, automation, webinars, landing pages, and digital programs.

You will manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where campaigns launch frequently and results are measured weekly. This role works closely with sales and marketing leadership to support pipeline growth across Arbiter’s product suite.

Deep HubSpot execution experience is required. You should have personally built campaigns, workflows, segmentation, scoring models, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through launch and optimization
  • Build and manage campaigns across email, webinars, landing pages, and automation workflows
  • Develop HubSpot workflows, segmentation, automation programs, and lead scoring models
  • Monitor funnel performance including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Identify areas of friction in the funnel and implement improvements to increase conversion

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations at a B2B or SaaS company
  • Proven experience owning demand gen programs end to end, including reporting on pipeline impact
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-moving, short-sales-cycle environment
  • Comfort being accountable for results, not just activity
  • 2–3 years HubSpot experience (automation, segmentation, scoring, attribution, and reporting)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with ownership of MQL, SQL, and pipeline metrics
  • Self-starter who brings ideas, not just execution
  • Cellphone or personal device for MFA (multi-factor authentication)
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10Mbps download)
