The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to grow our online presence and engage the global chess community. You will create high-impact content and manage RCA’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Edit videos and produce engaging multimedia content.

Publishing & Scheduling

• Plan and manage content calendars across all platforms.
• Schedule posts for consistent publishing.

Engagement

• Respond to comments and direct messages.
• Build and maintain an active online community.

Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on social media trends.
• Incorporate trends into content strategy.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor analytics and performance metrics.
• Optimize content for better reach and engagement.

Collaboration

• Work with team members to brainstorm and execute ideas.
• Support overall audience growth strategies.

Platform Optimization

• Adapt content for platform-specific algorithms and audience behavior.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in content creation or social media roles.
• Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of trends, tools, and best practices.
